Requirement Definition and Analysis
Prior to undertaking any Information Technology implementation whether via custom software development, integration of a packaged solution, or hardware installation or upgrade, it is critical that the requirements be clearly and methodically defined. EWD will act as a partner and facilitator to help you define what your business requirements are. These requirements then act as a basis for RFP generation, development of software selection criteria, and ultimately the measurement of the success of the implementation initiative.
